CANCELLATION POLICY

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

1. Right of Withdrawal for Physical Products

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

2. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

For contracts relating to digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. digital sewing patterns, e-books, or downloadable sewing instructions), consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal. However, this right may expire prematurely under certain legal conditions. Details are provided in the following section.

3. Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun performance of the contract after:

- you have expressly agreed that we may begin performance before the withdrawal period has expired,
- you have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract begins, and
- we have provided you with confirmation of the contract on a durable medium.

This is typically the case as soon as the digital product is made available for download.
