SHIPPING INFORMATION

Important Information About Digital Products

No shipping is required for digital products such as sewing patterns and downloadable sewing instructions. After your purchase has been completed successfully, your digital files will be made available via a download link.

Shipping of Physical Products

Physical products are shipped worldwide from Germany via DHL or Hermes.

We aim to ship orders using environmentally friendly methods whenever possible and select the most suitable shipping option for the destination country.

All shipments include tracking where available for the selected shipping method.

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after payment has been received.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

- Germany: approximately 1–3 business days
- International shipments: approximately 7–10 business days

Please note that international shipments may be delayed due to customs processing, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control related to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the weight of the order.

Current shipping rates are approximately:

- Germany: €4.99 – €6.99
- European Union: €7.99 – €18.99
- Rest of the World: €13.99 – €37.00

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
